We take a great deal of care and attention when packaging your order.
All of our prints and paper cuts are delicately gift wrapped. They are then shipped inside a postal box so that they will reach you in perfect condition.
Original paintings will be packed in a sealed clear bag, with a thick backing board, and shipped inside a rigid protective envelope.
We take the same care and attention with all other orders, so you can feel confident to send parcels directly as gifts to friends and loved ones.
We want to make it as easy as possible to return your parcel if necessary.
We offer a 30 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods.

Place your product in a secure parcel, ideally the original packaging including your name and order number. We will make the refund within 5 working days once the order has been returned to our studio.
We can only issue refunds on products that are returned in perfect condition.
All refunds exclude postage costs, unless of course there has been a mistake on our part.
